What Is Not Covered
- Refunds requested more than 7 days after the initial charge
- Renewal charges (you can cancel before renewal to avoid future charges)
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Free tier usage (there is nothing to refund)
How to Request a Refund
- Email us: Send an email to support@cvrole.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include: Your registered email address and the reason for the refund (optional — but helpful for improving our product)
- We respond within: 1 business day
- Refund processed in: 5–10 business days to your original payment method
Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation stops future charges — your Pro/Premium access continues until the end of your billing period. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription.
Refund reverses an existing charge and immediately downgrades your account to Free. Only available within the 7-day guarantee window.
